Gridpoint Receives Equity Investment
GridPoint, of Arlington, VA, received funding from Craton Equity Partners. Amount was undisclosed. GridPoint is making the Smart Grid a reality by aligning the interests of electric utilities, consumers and the environment.

GetWellNetwork Closes $10 Million in Financing
GetWellNetwork, of Bethesda, MD, announced that it received $10 million in a Series C financing round.
They are a provider of Interactive Patient Care solutions. This financing included participation from Johnson & Johnson Development Corporation (JJDC), as well as existing investors including Valhalla Partners, Grosvenor Funds, Point Judith Capital, and Village Ventures & Affiliates.
