OutStart Merges with Virginia Based Hot Lava Software
OutStart and Hot Lava Software, of Virginia, merged with the remaining company being OutStart. Sounds more like an acquisition but they are calling it a merger. OutStart creates social business software and learning systems, while Hot Lava Software creates mobile applications.
