Startup Rockstar Event #6 in DC was Excellent

The Startup Rockstars #6 was excellent. I had never been to one but meant to go in the past. Latham Watkins allowed the event to take place in their DC office. The link will take you to the event page on meetup and you can follow the group, join, see events etc.

The event itself is unique to this area, as I have been to many others. The theme is to have local startups, in various stages, discuss their new product/service/site etc. Some seeking users, investment, new team members etc. There appeared to be about 100 individuals. Each presentation was excellent and follow the links below to see the sites/services themselves. I was very impressed with the presentations, the companies themselves, the turn out and to find an event where you can learn about local startups first hand.
